Members agree that their personal information provided and/or generated as a result of their employment and participation in the Program may be used by Pluckers for marketing, promotional and/or service purposes.

This privacy policy sets how we deal with personal and transactional information collected through the Pluckers Bucks Mobile App. By participating in the program, you consent to the use and processing of your personal and transactional information by this privacy policy. We use the information we collect about you to help us understand more about how you use the Program, and to communicate with you, either electronically or otherwise. The 'personally-identifiable information' we collect is information that enables us to identify you, such as your email address, name, and phone number. In addition, we also collect ‘transactional information’, by tracking your purchases at Pluckers, your usage of the Mobile App, as provided by the Mobile App. By participating in the program, you expressly authorize Pluckers to collect, manage and safeguard your personally identifiable and transactional information. By participating in the program you acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet can be entirely secure. Therefore Pluckers does not guarantee the security of your personal and transactional information. However, we use reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal and transactional information from unauthorized access or use by using encryption technology and other industry-standard data protection practices.

In order to apprise our employees of their status as well as new benefits that are available to Program Members, Pluckers may from time to time send members certain program information, including email messages, which will inform them of special offers and products Pluckers believe would be of their interest. By enrolling in the Program, Members consent to receive the type of information described above. Members may opt out of email communications at any time, by simply clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link included in all email communications.

Pluckers does not rent, sell, or share personal and/or transactional information about Program Members with other people or non affiliated companies except to provide products or services members have requested, when we have their permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Program’s Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law.
• We transfer information about Members if Pluckers is acquired by or merged with another company.
• We limit access to personal information about Members to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to Members or in order to do their jobs. Pluckers agrees that it shall take all reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure and/or unauthorized use of personal information provided by Members and/or generated as result of their participation in the program

General Terms and Limitations

The Program is valid only at participating Pluckers restaurants in the United States. Membership is non-transferable. Members must check these Terms and Conditions section for changes each time they intend to interact with the program. By enrolling in the Program, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the program, as may be in force and changed at any time without notice. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Terms and Conditions. If a member disagrees with any part of the Terms and Conditions member may not use the program in any way. Use of the program by a Member constitutes acceptance of all published Program Terms and Conditions. The Program is available for employees of Pluckers only. Pluckers reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Member’s membership from the program at its sole discretion. Pluckers reserves the right to void points or otherwise disqualify Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions of this program. Pluckers further reserves the right to modify or terminate this program, its terms and conditions, or any portion of the program at any time at its sole discretion without prior written notice. Pluckers also reserves the right to change the amount of points to be granted for purchases at its sole discretion without prior written notice. All offers are void where prohibited by law.
