How do I become a member of the Pluckers Club?

You can join at any Pluckers. You should fill out and sign the enrollment form. A Customer Specialist will be happy to activate your membership.

Does it cost anything to become a member?

There is a one-time fee of $20.00 to join the Pluckers Club. There are no ongoing membership fees - just make one qualifying purchase per calendar year to continue your membership. Pluckers Club Lite Membership is free.

Who can join the Pluckers Club?

Pluckers Club membership is available to all customers at least 13 years of age, who are legal residents of the United States.

Can I use my Pluckers Club membership at all Pluckers locations?

Pluckers Club membership is valid at all participating Pluckers locations.

When does my membership expire?

Your membership is valid as long as you make a qualifying purchase within 18 months. If no such purchase is made, Pluckers has the right to cancel your membership and your points will be forfeited.

How do I change my contact information?

Sign in at http://www.pluckersclub.com/ go to My Profile, then click on Update Your Profile. Once there, you can add or update your personal information.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please email us at pluckers@pluckersclub.com. We are sorry to lose you, but we respect your decision.

Will my membership information be shared with other companies?

What do you use my information for?

Your personal information is only used to keep your membership updated and to better serve you.

Why do you need my e-mail address?

When you provide your e-mail address, we can notify you quickly of exclusive, last-minute offers for members.

Where can I find my Member ID Number?

Your 16-digit Member ID can be found on your membership card.

How do I sign in?

You can sign in at http://www.pluckersclub.com/ by entering your Membership followed by your password.

What is my password?

Your password is a personal code that lets you access all the member features of this site.

How do I change my password?

Sign in at http://www.pluckersclub.com/ go to My Profile, then click on Change Your Password.

What if I forget my password?

Please go to http://www.pluckersclub.com/ and click on forgot your password? You will be asked to enter your Membership and date of birth. Once you have done so, a temporary password will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not have a registered email address, no problem. Please email us at pluckers@pluckersclub.com.

What should I do if I've lost my card?

You can go into any Pluckers to request a card replacement. Your reward balance will be transferred to your new card. The card replacement fee is $5.00 for Pluckers Club cards.

How do I earn points?

As a member of Pluckers Club you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Pluckers. As a member of Pluckers Club Lite you’ll earn 1 point for every $4 you spend at Pluckers. Simply show your membership card in store. Earn additional points through special offers and promotions.

When can I begin to earn points?

You can begin earning points immediately after enrolling in the program.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Your rewards are stored on your card. All you have to do is tell your server that you would like to redeem your rewards. If you are not sure that you have enough points, your server can look up your balance for you while you are dining in at the restaurant. Or you can always check your balance at www.pluckersclub.com. Keep in mind that you have to have a minimum of 100 points in order to redeem your rewards. For every 100 points you earn, you get $10 off your next purchase.

How do I keep track of my points?

Sign in at http://www.pluckersclub.com/ and go to My Balance to check your points and account activity.

What if I forgot to show my card when I made a purchase?

It's easy to make sure you earn points on all your purchases. Just keep your receipt, sign in at http://www.pluckersclub.com/ and select Claim Missing Rewards from the Main Menu. You can then claim your missing rewards by entering the required information from your sales receipt. Remember though that you can only claim your rewards 30 days after your visit.

What do I do if I think there is an error in my points?

Contact us via email at pluckers@pluckersclub.com.

Do my points expire?

Points do not expire unless you do not make a qualifying purchase within 18 months. If no such purchase is made, Pluckers has the right to cancel your membership and your points will be forfeited.

What happens to my points when I return an item?

The points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
